Mandatory checkboxes

Hi there
We have added a health and safety check to our job sheet but if one of the engineers selects no in response to a question it wont let them proceed. Is there a way that they can select no and then be given an additional box to write down what doesnt meet the risk criteria but then they are but still able to proceed through the job sheet as normal once they have completed this?

There isn't a way to be given an additional box if a previous box is updated. What most customers do is have the checkboxes and then have another box after that for additional information
Just to note, if you make a checkbox mandatory, your engineer would need to first click yes and then click no to register that they have updated the box before being able to move on.
